The ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos. 5 and 11 so far. He shall file the requisites within a weeks time failing which appropriate orders shall follow on the next date.

The ld. Counsel, Ms V.S.Lakshmi appearing on behalf of Mr A Venayagam Balan, Advocate-on-record has stated that she has already cured the defects in the vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent No.9 but her name has not been generated in the cause list. Office shall rectify the data base.
