It is submitted that Mr. M.P. Devanath, Advocate has on 1st August, 2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of Sole Respondent. Time to file Statement of Case has expired, but noone has not filed Statement of Case so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the appellant has not filed ad valorem Court Fee as per valuation given in Listing Proforma.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court.
