It is submitted that there are six respondents in each matter. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Ms. Purnima Bhat, Advocate and has filed counter affidavit. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 to 4 though served. Fresh notice to respondent Nos. 5 & 6 was issued on 22.05.2014 by regd. A.D. Neither A.D. nor unserved cover has been received from them.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 5 & 6.

It is submitted that there are six respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Ms. Purnima Bhat, Advocate . A.D. duly signed has been received from respondent No. 6 but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of respondent No. 2, unserved cover containing notice with postal remarks "Left without address" has been received. Nothing has been received from respondent Nos. 3 to 5. As per records, counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies and process fee for issuing of fresh

notice to unserved respondent Nos. 2 to 5.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 2 to 5.
