It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale, Advocate on 20.03.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 25.08.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 19010 of 2013 (O&M) barred by time by 117 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP, permission to place on record additional facts and to file additional documents and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos. 2499524996/2014 Entitled Sanjiv Gaur And Ors Etc Etc Versus Col. Hari Singh And Ors Etc Etc arising out of same judgment was directed by the Hon'ble Court on 10.10.2014. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 10.10.2014 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
