Counsel for Respondent No. 1 submitted that he has already served a copy of the application for substitution and other allied applications to Mr. Rohit Kumar Singh and Mr. Praveen Kumar, counsel for the respondents, as indicated in the Office Report dated 07.12.2012. He is directed to contact the Registry and explain the position.

If it is found that the counsel has not served the copies, he is directed to serve the copies for the second time, which he may do so within a period of two weeks.

In the meantime, counsel for the appellants will also serve copies of the application for deletion of proforma Respondent No. 27 on Mr. Anil Kumar Sangal and Mr. Rohit Kumar Singh, Advocates.
