Respondent Nos.2, 4, 13, 14 and 18 have not filed counter affidavit, despite last opportunity. Further opportunity is declined.
Last opportunity is granted to respondent No.3 for filing counter affidavit within four weeks.
In view of the submission above, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court after completion of period of four weeks whether counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.3 is filed or not as further opportunity stands declined.
