During the course of submissions, it is brought to our notice that in the order passed by the High Court in its revisional Signal ier No. V * 1 * Sdiction dated 15.02.2022, no reference has been made granting $\frac{12.10}{\text{Res}}$ emption from surrender to the respondents herein and by later orders, the High Court has extended the time to surrender, taking note of the order dated 25.02.2022, which is referred in all the

The learned counsel for the respondents wants time to take instructions as to whether there was a separate order passed by the High Court granting exemption from surrender in continuation of the order under challenge passed in appeal dated 25.01.2022.
