Despite due service on respondent nos.2 to 4, there is no appearance.

As per office report, Ld. counsel for appellant has failed to take fresh steps, for effecting service upon respondent no.1. However, Ld. Counsel for petitioner seeks further time for taking steps in respect of respondent no.1 urging that respondent no.1 is from Maharashtra and the details could not be procured. Though last chance was granted, in view of the submission of the Ld. Counsel for the appellant, two weeks time, as a last chance is granted to do the needful.

List again on 06.02.2024.
