It is submitted that reminder was issued to Trial Court on 26th August, 2016 and Trail Court report has been received stating therein that notice could not be served upon the respondent Nos. 3b to to 3d as they were not residing at the address. Copy of the trial court report has been placed at Flag 'F/A'.

It is further submitted that Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, Advocate has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 3e.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3(b) to 3(d).

It is submitted that report regarding effecting service on Respondent Nos. 3 B to 3 D freom the Trial Court has not been received till date despite this Registry's letter dated 24.8.2016.

It is further submitted that there are five Respondents A.D. Cards have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 2(a), 2(c), 2(d), 3 (a), 5 (a), 5(b), 5(c), 5(d) and 5(e) but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Trial Court report has been received stating therein that notice has been served on Respondent Nos. 2(b) and 4. Mr. Gaurav Aggarwal, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 (E) but he has not filed Counter Affidavit

It is further submitted that service on Lrs Nos. 1 (a) to 1(c) be treated as complete vide Hon'ble Judge in Chamber Order dated 09/09/2015.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3(b) to 3(d).
