We have perused the copies of the death certificates of the appellants placed on record by the learned counsel apparing for the appellants. However, it is pointed out that the name of the second appellant as shown in the Cause Title is Raju s/o Chottey Lal but in the death certificate, his name is shown as Rakesh Kumar. However, the name of his father is written as Chote Lal.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellants, on instructions, stated that Raju is the same as Rakesh Kumar as Raju was his nick name.

As both the appellants are no more, the appeal stands disposed of as abated.
