" A letter has been circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking adjournment for filing counter affidavit. Counter affidavit may be filed within two weeks from today. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within three weeks thereafter. List the matter on 9th March, 2015. Ad-interim relief granted earlier

shall continue till 30th April, 2015." It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a sole respondent in the instant matter represented by Ms. Hemantika Wahi, Advocate and she has filed counter affidavit on behalf of the said respondent which has already been included in the paper books. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed rejoinder affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed additional affidavit and the same has already been included in the paper books.
