$1.$ Mr. C.K. Sasi, learned counsel appearing for the State of Kerala points out that this Special Leave Petition(s) challenges the High Court judgment dated 12.07.2019 and the SLP (Civil) No. EXAMPLE 161 of 2019 was also a State's challenge, where notice was issued by this Court on 29.11.2019.
