On hearing learned senior counsel for the petitioner, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

However, at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, we clarify that if the petitioners have some remedy before the Civil Court qua the Court fee, it is for the petitioners to persuade the Court in accordance with law.

The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed.
