these matters is identical with that of the Special Leave Petition (C)Nos. 22651-22654 of 2010. Since notice is issued in the other Special Leave Petitions, notice is also issued in the present Special Leave Petitions. Issue notice on the application seeking for condonation of delay as also on the Special Leave Petitions. There shall be stay of operation of the impugned judgment.
