UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following ORDER
Though we are of the opinion that contempt may not be made out, we are inclined to take up the present contempt petition as a miscellaneous application.
The reason for entertaining the present application is that the applicants are retired Navy officers who are more than 75 years of age.
Issue notice, returnable in February 2024.
Notice will be served by all modes, including dasti.
Kenned Counter affidavit/reply, if any, will be filed within a period 🖧 six weeks from the date of service of the notice.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a period of four weeks after service of the counter affidavit/reply.
