No.936 of 2009 dated 5.10.2009 titled as Shri Akshaya Viney Mathur versus Mrs. Nidhi Akshaya Mathur pending before the Family Court at Pune be transferred to the Court of the 1st Additional Family Judge at Bangalore.

This Transfer Petition is accordingly, allowed.
