It is submitted that Fresh notice have been issued to all the Respondents (Respondent Nos. 3/6 & 3/7 through their mother i.e. Respondent No. 3/5) on 15.03.2017. Unserved covers containing notices to respondent nos. 1, 2, 3/1 to 3/5 have been received back with postal remarks "Despite repeated visits house locked, hence returned".

Service of show cause notice is not complete in both the matters.
