I.A. No. of 2020 in T.C.(C) No.24/2018 (For advancement and urgent listing and/or final adjudication of SLP (C) Nos.32592-32593/2015 and Direction)
Heard.
It is an admitted position that the persons in question have been employed under the "Assam Community Health Professionals (Registration & Competency) Act, 2015. We are of the view that the services of such persons may be taken by the State for such appropriate purposes as may be necessary.
Learned counsel for the State of Assam submits that the State Government is already taking the services of such persons for certain purposes. In the circumstances, there is no need to pass any such order by this Court.
Ordered accordingly.
The interlocutory application is disposed of accordingly.
