It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 19.09.2014 and 30.10.2014 of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in WP(C) No. 5789/2005 alongwith application for permission to file SLP (registered as I.A. Nos. 1-30). The matter filed against order dated 19.09.2014 is barred by time by 299 days and the matter filed against order dated 30.10.2014 is barred by time by 258 days(unregistered). The applications have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has also filed additional documents as annexures P-8 to P-14 alongwith application for permission to file additional documents(unregistered). Counsel for the petitioner was required to file Annexures P-8 to P-14 in chronological order. In this regard he has given a letter dated 28.10.2015 and the same has been placed at page no. 271 of SLP Paper Books.

The applications in the matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
