The matters abovementioned have been filed by Mrs. Hemantika Wahi, Advocate on behalf of the Petitioners against the Final Judgment and Order dated 5 th February 2016 and 24th June 2016 of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in Special Civil Application No.20024 of 2015 and Misc. Civil Application (For Review) No.1758/2016 in Special Civil Application No.20024 of 2015 and there is delay of 13 and 153 days respectively in filing the SLPs.

It is submitted that SLP (Civil) No.16117 of 2016 @ CC No.9172 of 2016 referred to on Listing Proforma was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29th June 2016 alongwith connected matters, when the Court directed to issue notice on the applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLPs as also on the special leave petitions. The said matter is pending for hearing. A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 29th June 2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matters alongwith applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
