"The office report indicates that the service is not complete. Hence the matters shall be taken up only after service of notice is complete and parties appear by filing vakalatnama.

Till then, the interim order passed by the High Court shall remain operative in all the cases that shall be listed for hearing on the next date.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has filed application for permission to file additional documents which is registered as I. A. No. 3 in SLP (C) No. 29234 of 2015 and the same is being circulated

before the Hon'ble Court with this report.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent No. 8 in SLP (C) Nos. 31610, 31605, 31595. Respondent Nos. 8 and 9 in SLP (C) No. 31606 of 2015, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in SLP (C) No. 30725 of 2015. No one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

The matters abovementioned along with applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
