1. Heard learned Senior Counsel/counsel for the parties. 2. The application for permission to file the Special Leave Petition is allowed.
3. The applications for deleting the names of respondents from the array of parties are allowed at the risk and responsibility of the petitioner(s).
4. Amended memo of parties be filed accordingly.
5. Delay condoned.
6. Issue notice to respondent Nos.1 and 2 at this stage as most of the other respondents are represented through their respective Senior Counsels.
7. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
8. On the joint request made by learned Senior Counsel for the parties, post these matters for hearing on 30.01.2024.
9. The parties shall be at liberty to submit their brief notes along with translated copies of the relevant documents, meanwhile.
10. The Court of Wards may continue with the proceedings but no final order shall be passed.
