This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of RCS HM No.969 of 2022 filed by respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner seeks transfer of RCS HM No.969 of 2022 from Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh to the Family Court, Banswara, Rajasthan for various reasons assigned in the petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the hardships faced by the petitioner/wife, in the interest of justice,
