The matters above-mentioned were listed before Hon'ble court on 03.08.2015 when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"To be heard along with Civil Appeal No. 670/2007. In the meantime, counter affidavit to be filed within two weeks from today and rejoinder affidavit to be filed within two weeks thereafter."

S.L.P. (C) NO. 8769-70/2015

It is submitted that there are ten respondents (Common in both the SLPs). M/s P. K. Jain, Gaurav Sharma, Bimlesh Kumar Singh and Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of Dr. Yogendra Singh Gurjar, Medical Council of India, University Grants Commission and State of Rajsthan but they have not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf. Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has filed counter affidavit and same has been included in the paper books. Service of notice is complete on the other respondents through

dasti notice but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is complete.

S.L.P. (C) NO. 9457/2015

It is submitted that there are twenty-two respondents in the matter. Ms. Ruchi Kohli, M/s Gaurav Sharma, Bimlesh Kumar singh, Mohan Pandey & Mr. Praveen Swarup, Advocates, have entered appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 & 2, 5, 6, 20 & 3 & 4 respectively. Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and the same has already been included in the paper books. Service of notice is complete on Respondent Nos. 7 to 12 through dasti notice but no one has entered appearance. Respondent No. 13 has refused to receive the notice.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for deleting the name of respondent Nos. 14 to 22 which is registered as I. A. No. 4. Copy of the same has been included in Paper-Books.

S.L.P. (C) NO. 9506/2015

It is submitted that there are ninteen respondents in the matter. Ms. Ruchi Kohli, M/s Gaurav Sharma, Bimlesh Kumar singh, Mohan Pandey & Mr. Praveen Swarup, Advocates, have entered appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 & 2, 5, 6, 19 and 3 & 4 respectively. Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and the same has already been included in the paper books. Service of notice is complete on Respondent Nos. 7 to 12 through dasti notice but no one has entered appearance. Respondent No. 13 has refused to receive the notice.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for deleting the name of respondent Nos. 14 to 19 which is registered as I. A. No. 4. Copy of the same has been included in Paper-Books.

S.L.P. (C) NO. 9346/2015

It is submitted that there are twenty-four respondents in the matter. M/s Gaurav Sharma, Bimlesh Kumar singh and Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocates, have entered appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 1. Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and the same has already been included in the paper books. The Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit alongwith proof of service as dasti notice after effecting service on respondent No. 2 to 4, 7 to 13, 18 & 22. It is also stated in affidavit that respondent Nos. 14 to 17, 19 to 21, 23 and 24 have refused to receive the notice as the said notice was sent by way of speed post.

SLP (C) NO. 12711 OF 2015

It is submitted that pusuant to Court's Order dated 27.04.2015 show cause notice was issued on 5.05.2015 to Respondent No. 3 through Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate and Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 to 24 by Registered A.D. post. Ms. Ruchi Kohli, M/s. Praveen Swarup and Gaurav Sharma, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2, 3 & 5 respectively. Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has filed counter affidavit and the same has already been included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that vide Court's Order dated 11.05.2015, counsel for the petitioner has not taken any fresh steps to complete service of notice upon the unserved respondents..

Service is incomplete on respondent Nos. 4, 6-24.

SLP (C) NO. 32421 OF 2015

It is submitted that pusuant to Court's Order dated 16.11.2015 show cause notice was issued to all the 11 Respondents by Registered A.D. post. M/s. Rajesh Singh, Gaurav Sharma and Bimlesh Kumar Singh, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 & 5, 6 & 7 respectively but they have not filed counter affidvit so far. Service is complete on respondent Nos. 1-3 and 8-11 through dasti but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far.

Service is complete.

SLP (C) NO. 32422 OF 2015

It is submitted that pusuant to Court's Order dated 16.11.2015 show cause notice was issued to all the 23 Respondents by Registered A.D. post. M/s. Rajesh Singh, Gaurav Sharma and Bimlesh Kumar Singh, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 13 & 14, 15 & 16 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. Service is complete on respondent Nos. 1-12 and 17-23 through dasti but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far.

Service is complete.

SLP (C) NO. 32422 OF 2015

It is submitted that pusuant to Court's Order dated 16.11.2015 show cause notice was issued to all the 11 Respondents by Registered A.D. post. M/s. Rajesh Singh, Gaurav Sharma and Bimlesh Kumar Singh, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 & 6, 7 and 8 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. Service is complete on respondent Nos. 1-4 and 9-11 through dasti but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far.

Service is complete.

It is further submitted that rejoinder affidavit has not been filed in any of the matters so far.
