It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order show cause notice to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5 & 6 was issued through advocate and to Respondent No. 4 by registered AD on 08.09.2016. Mr. Anil Srivastava, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 but has not filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and counter affidavit so far. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 have also not filed counter affidavit so far. As per India post tracking report notice has been delivered to Respondent No. 4 .

It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent Nos. 1 to 4 issued on 08.09.2016 by registered A.D. M/s Arputnam Aruna & Co. and B.K. Prasad Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2, 3 respectively but have not filed counter-affidavit so far. Mr. E. C. Agrawala, Advocate has filed counter-affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 4.
