It is submitted for the information of Hon'ble Court that these matters have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 15.07.2015 & 22.06.2015 passed by the High Court of Guwahati in Writ Appeal No. 233 of 2014 and W.P.(C) No. 45 of 2014 alongwith application for permission to file lengthy list of dates (Regd. as I.A. No. 1 ) respectively and the said applications have been included in respective SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that in SLP(C) 32890/2015, counsel for the petitioner has on 28.03.2016 filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents (Regd. As I.A. No. 2) and the same is being circulated herewith as Volume- I to III.

It is lastly submitted that these matters have been tagged together as both are arising out of similar issue.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
