UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
It has been brought to the notice of learned counsel for the petitioner that the affidavit giving the antecedents of the petitioner has not been filed by the petitioner herself, but filed by her Attorney. It is not acceptable. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that he will rectify the error and will file the personal affidavit of the petitioner.
The State of Arunachal Pradesh has filed an affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that he would like to file a reply to that affidavit.
Needful be done within four weeks.
