UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

When this matter is called on for hearing today, we are apprised by the learned counsel for the parties that the present proceeding has become infructuous as the FIR in connection with which the respondent no.2 had asked for anticipatory bail, has been quashed by the High Court in a proceeding under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the quashing order has been passed on 13.03.2024.

In view of this submission nothing remains in this petition and the same shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
