In the meantime, petitioner shall take necessary steps to serve the unserved respondents."

It is submitted that as directed above, counsel for the petitioner has not filed reply to the I.A. No. 3 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed application for substituted service in respect of unserved respondent No. 4(i) and 4(ii) without mentioning names of newspapers for publication despite this Registry's letter dated 16.07.2015 and has not taken fresh steps in respect of unserved respondent No. 2 so far.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 2, 4(i) & 4(ii).

The application in the matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
