It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 11.08.2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 5005 of 2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in refiling of SLP (barred by time by 2 days) and the same has been condoned vide Additional Registrar (1B) order dated 04.12.2014 and SLP has been registered accordingly.
It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 34130 of 2013 filed between same parties arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.10.2013, when the Court dismissed the same on the ground of delay. Copy of order dated 25.10.2013 is marked as Annexure P-19 at page No. 92 of SLP paper books.
The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
