It is further submitted that CA No. 10850/2011(arising out of SLP(C) No. 27265/2011) referred to as Annexure P3, CA No. 157/2012 (arising out of SLP(C) No. 27266/2011) referred to as Annexure P4, CA No. 1081/2012 (arising out of SLP(C) No. 20805/2011) referred to as Annexure P5 and CA No. 10562/2013 referred to as Annexure P6 were disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 05.12.2011, 06.01.2012, 24.01.2012 and 22.11.2013 (Copies of the said Orders have been included as Annexures P3, P4, P5, P6 at Page Nos. 4750, 5153, 5456, and 5758 respectively.)

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with report.
