Respondent No.1 has died. Steps for substitution have not been taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner despite granting last opportunity by the learned Registrar's Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays for time.

In the interest of justice, one month's time is allowed.

In case the application is not filed within one month for substitution of the legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.1, the case be listed for further orders.
