Nos. 5 and 6 are represented through Mr. Raj Kumar Mehta and Mr. Umesh Kumar Khaitan, Advocates respectively.

C.A. No. 7155 OF 2016

It is submitted that there are 4 Respondents in the matter. Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are represented through Mr. Sibo Sanker Misra, Mr. Umesh Kumar Khaitan and Mr. Raj Kumar Mehta, Advocates respectively. Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal has been issued to Respondent No. 4. Certificate of service is awaited.

The service is not complete on Respondent No. 4 from SLP stage.

C.A. No. 7156 OF 2016

It is submitted that there are 6 Respondents in the matter. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 6 are represented through Mr. Sibo Sanker Misra, Advocate. Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are represented through Mr. Raj Kumar Mehta and Mr. Umesh Kumar Khaitan, Advocates respectively.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case (in all the appeals) so far.

Service is complete from SLP stage.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rajeev Singh, Advocate for the Appellant has on 28.10.2016 filed application for impleadment with affidavit and vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of all the 64 applicants to be impleaded as Petitioners and the same is registered as I.A. No. 4 (Copy of the same has been circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).
