C.A. No. 7155 OF 2016

It is submitted that there are 4 Respondents in the matter. Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are represented through Mr. Sibo Sanker Misra, Mr. Umesh Kumar Khaitan and Mr. Raj Kumar Mehta, Advocates respectively. A letter has been issued on 13.08.2016 to counsel for Appellant to supply spare copies of Petitions for issuance of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal to Respondent No. 4 but he has not done the needful so far, hence Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal could not be issued.

The service is not complete on Respondent No. 4.

It is submitted that there are 6 Respondents in the matter. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 6 are represented through Mr. Sibo Sanker Misra, Advocate. Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are represented through Mr. Raj Kumar Mehta and Mr. Umesh Kumar Khaitan, Advocates respectively.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case (in all the appeals) so far.
