Mr. Sibo Shankar Mishra, Mr. Umesh Kumar Khaitan and Mr. Raj Kumar Mehta, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondents No. 1 to 3 and counter affidavits (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received back on behalf of Respondent No. 4 so far.

It is further submitted that in view of advocate's letter dated 28.07.2015, Mr. Rajeev Singh, Advocate for petitioner has not filed Rejoinder Affidavit in all the SLPs so far.
