Interim order granted by this Court on 12.12.2014 stands vacated.

We direct the contesting respondent (M/s KVK Nilachal Power (Pvt) Ltd.) to file an appropriate undertaking before this Court that in the event of petitioners' succeeding in the matter, they would not plead any equities.

Further, the respondent above-named will state in the affidavit that they would cooperate in disposal of these special leave petitions without seeking any adjournment, whatsoever.

Counter affidavit by respondent Nos. 1 to 4 be filed in eight weeks' time. Thereafter, two weeks' time is granted to the petitioners to file rejoinder affidavit.
