The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court

on 8th May, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Interim order granted by this Court on 12.12.2014.

We direct the contesting respondent (M/s KVK Nilachal Power (Pvt) Ltd.) to file an appropriate undertaking before this Court that in the event of petitioners' succeeding in the matter, they would not plead any equities.

Further, the respondent abovenamed will state in the affidavit that they would cooperate in disposal of these special leave petitions without seeking any adjournment, whatsoever.

Counter affidavit by respondent Nos. 1 to 4 be filed in eight weeks' time. Thereafter, two weeks' time is granted to the petitioners to file rejoinder affidavit.

Hearing of the matter is expedited."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that in pursuance of the order quoted above that Mr. Umesh Kumar Khaitan, Advocate for Respondent No. 6 in SC 35237 of 2014, Respondent No. 2 in SC 35239 of 2014 and Respondent No. 5 in SC 35241 of 2014 i.e. (M/s KVK Nilachal Power Pvt Ltd) has on 14.05.2015 filed affidavit of undertaking in all the matters abovementioned. (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP's paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that Mr. Sibo Sankar Mishra, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in SC 35237 of 2014 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Hence no rejoinder affidavit.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 4 in SC 35239 of 2014.

The matters abovementioned are listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
