We have heard Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned Solicitor General appearing for the appellant, Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Attorney General for India appearing on behalf of the respondent and perused the prayers made in the applications for ad-interim stay.
Prayer (a) and (b) are allowed in both the appeals.
