UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. There shall be $\mathbf{a}\mathbf{n}$ interim stay $\mathsf{of}$ the impugned $\overline{\text{dg}}$ ment(s)/order(s) dated 16.05.2024 and 11.07.2024 passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), New Delhi

until further orders, subject to the appellant-Bank depositing the decreetal amount with the Registry of this Court within a period of four weeks from today. On such deposit being made, the Registry shall redeposit the said amount in an interest bearing fixed deposit account for an initial period of one year with automatic renewal.
