Radhakrishnan, AOR UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the parties. Delay is condoned in Special Leave Petition(Crl.) No. 8545/2016. -2- Mr. Shekhar Naphade, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner makes a statement before us that he would file a protest petition before the concerned trial court and seeks permission to withdraw the Special Leave Petitions. In view of the request made by the learned Senior counsel, the Special Leave Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. We direct the concerned Trial Court to deal with and dispose of the Protest Petition, which would be filed by the petitioner, independently and in accordance with the provisions of law without being influenced by any of the observations made by the High Court in the present matter. Before parting with these matters, we make it very clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the concerned Trial Court shall deal with the matter independently and in accordance with the provisions of law.
