The Transfer Petitions above mentioned alongwith main matter were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29th March, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Heard.
       Service   is   incomplete   in   T.P.(C)
Nos.15551561 of 2014. 
       Issue fresh notice, returnable within
four weeks."

Accordingly, notices were issued to the all respondents on 11th April, 2016 through High Court as well as through Registered A.D.

It is submitted that Mr. L. R. Singh, Mr. A. L. Das, Mr. Ramesh Babu MR, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama and Memo of apperance on behalf of Respondent no. 1 in T.P(C) no. 1556 of 2014, Respodent no. 1 in T.P(C) no. 1561 of 2014, Respondent no. 1 & 2 in T.P(C) no. 1557 of 2014 , Respondent no. 1 in T.P(C) no. 1559 of 2014 and Respondent no. 1 in T.P(C) no. 1558 of 2014.

It is further submitted that certificate of service as well as A.D. cards duly signed have been received in respect of all the remaining respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office Report.
