The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on

26-02-2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice in T.P. (C) No.1555-1561/2014.

Dasti, in addition to normal mode of service, is also permitted.

List these matters again on 29.03.2016."

Accordingly, notices were issued to the all respondents through High Court as well as Dasti.

It is submitted that certificate of service has not been received from concerned High Court in respect of all respondents.

It is further submitted that the counsel has also not filed an affidavit of dasti service after effecting Dasti notice on all the respondents so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on all Respondent.

Since the main matter i.e. SLP (C) No. 27627 of 2012 is on board, Hence the instant

matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office Report.
