UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Transfer Petition(s)(Civil) D. No(s). 34578/2022:

Permission to file the Transfer Petitions is granted.

Signature Not Verified Having heard learned Senior Counsels appearing for the spective parties, no case for transfer of cases pending before the Karnataka High Court and the Delhi High Court to this Court is made out.

Even otherwise, it is reported that the proceedings before the Karnataka High Court are part-heard and the submission on behalf of the original writ petitioner-Twitter Inc. that the same are reported to be concluded and the Union of India has to respond to the same on the next date of hearing before the Karnataka High Court, which is reported to be on 16.11.2022.

Even otherwise, we are of the opinion that, let there be one decision by one High Court so that in future, this Court would have the advantage of the decision of at least one High Court.

Hence, the Transfer Petitions stand dismissed.

Pending application stands disposed of.

SLP(C) No. 19999/2022:
