It is submitted that no counter affidavit has been filed by Mr. Praveen Kumar, Advocate for Respondent No. 3 so far.
Service of show cause notice is complete on Respondent Nos.13 in SLP (C) No. 2204154/2016 and 23705 of 2016 and is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in SLP (C) No. 2205578 of 2016. However, Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are common in all the main matters.
