It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. M.C. Dhingra, Advocate on 12.10.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 15.07.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarhs in RFA Nos. 1957, 1953, 1954, 1958, 1959, 1961, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2010, 2013, 2018, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2026, 2028, 2551, 2553, 2589, 3066 and 3070 of 2006 alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioner namely Ranjit Singh in RFA No. 1954

of 2006, Satwant Kaur Respondent No. 1 in RFA No. 2006 of 2006, Hans Raj in RFA No.2022 of 2006, Amar Singh in RFA No. 2028 of 2006, Petitioner No. 3 namely Harnek Singh in RFA No.2551 of 2006, Petitioner No. 5 namely Gurmukh Singh in RFA No.2551 of 2006 and Petitioner No. 8 namely Mohinder Kaur in RFA No. 2551 of 2006 which are barred by time by 636, 954, 114, 516, 980, 4397 & 227 days respectively and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that originally Special Leave Petition was within time but there is a delay of 139 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC Nos. 58575870 of 2016 Entitled Iqbal Singh (DECEASED) Thr. Lrs. Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Punjab And Ors**.** as both are arising out of common Order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 11.04.2016 filed additional documents as per his undertaking letter dated 12.04.2016 and the same is included in the SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Praveen Kumar, Advocate has filed Caveat on behalf of Respondent No. 3 in RFA No. 2001 of 2006.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
