It is submitted that there are four respondents in the matter. Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 are represented through Mr. Kuldip Singh, Advocate and respondent No. 3 is represented through Mr. S.S. Jauhar, Advocate. Service of notice is complete.

It is further submitted that Mr. Arun Kumar Beriwal, counsel for the petitioner had designated as Additional District and Session Judge, Notice for fresh arrangement for representation before this Court in the matter was issued to all the ten peitioners. Mr. R. Chandrachud, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of petitioner Nos. 1, 3 to 10. No one has entered appearance so far on behalf of petitioner No. 2, though notice of alternative arrangement has been served. Matter are ready for hearing before the Hon'ble Court.
