The appellant as well as the respondents except respondent No.15 of C.A. No. 5964/2010 have filed the statement of case. Since it is no more a mandate after the amendment in the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 and in that circumstance, the List of dates already submitted is presumed to have been accepted.
