 The learned Advocate Mr Akshat Goel appearing for
respondent no.3 in SLP(C) No. 33339/2009 states that they
have filed counter affidavit for the same litigant in
SLP(C)..CC No.18252/2009 which they are adopting in the
present SLP.
 It is also pointed out that the main matter i.e.,
SLP(C) No. 22614-22615/2009 is listed for 19.7.2010 in
advance list.
