1. We find no fault with the order passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission1 which has dismissed the Consumer Complaint No. 62 of 20222 on the ground of pecuniary jurisdiction and granting liberty to the complainant to approach appropriate forum.

• 2. It is open to appellant herein to exercise liberty granted by the NCDRC.
• 3. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
