The SLP above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01st February, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

" Applications for exemption from filing c/c of the impugned Judgment, lengthy list of dates and Official Translation are allowed.

Issue notice, returnable after four weeks.

Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.

Mr. Vineet Naik, learned Senior counse, who is on caveat accepts and waives formal notice on behalf of Respondent No. 2."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are six respondents in the instant matter. Respondent No. 2 is represented by M/s. S. M. Jadhav & Co., Advocates but no counteraffidavit has been filed so far. Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 have been served as per proof of service but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A. D. card nor unserved cover has been received back from respondent No. 1 so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of service with respect to respondent No. 1 so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Anagha S. Desai, Advocate for the petitioners has on 31.03.2016 filed an application for deletion of the names of Petitioner Nos. 2, 5 and 8 from the array of parties. The said application is registered as I. A. No. 8 and has been included in the paperbooks.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent No. 1 in the SLP.

The application abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this report.
